UNIGLACTIN suture is a synthetic absorbable sterile surgical suture composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide.
UNIGLACTIN sutures are dyed with D&C Violet # 2.
UNIGLACTIN is available in range of gauge sizes and lengths, non-needled or attached to stainless steel needles of varying types and sizes.

UNIGLACTIN sutures are guaranteed to meet the requirements of the British Pharmacopoeia (B.P.), the European Pharmacopoeia(Ph.Eur.), and the United States Pharmacopoeia(U.S.P.) except for an occasional slight oversize in some gauges.
